It's called ARETE.

You speak. I listen. Sleep better.

 

One session, face-to-face or by Zoom. Sixty minutes, no right words required. You bring what you have.

Together, we look at what's standing between you and real sleep.

 

 

If you've been functional for years and exhausted the whole time, you're not broken. You're adapted. 

 

And there's a way through it.

What is it? Maybe it is a version of the Opathian State.

Possibly a lifestyle choice.

There may be an invisible barrier that is easily overlooked.

If you have been working with a professional

to discover it

and everything has either been completed

or put on hold,

and there is still room to discover more, then...
