Structured Listening Sessions
60 minutes. You do not have to convince anyone that you are worth listening to. The first 15 minutes are free. 60 minute session. I do not offer therapy or quick fixes. I offer what saved me: the experience of being witnessed. I take up to 15 applicants at a time. THE OPATHIAN STATE
There's a name for it now
High-functioning on the outside. Something unreachable underneath. Not broken, adapted. Built up over the years to keep going while something interior ran on a separate, unwitnessed track.
That's the Opathian state.
It's not a diagnosis. It's a description, one that makes visible what's been hiding in plain sight.
